Absolutely -The Best customer service around💐🌸🌹🌺🌷🥀💐 With the Most beautiful flowers and talent in Minnesota that I have seen. For our neighbor who is not nice at all to us so we thought maybe we would cheer her up somehow and told them what we needed and they came up with this beautiful arrangement. We haven’t heard from the neighbor hopefully she’s enjoying them and they brighten her day. Thank you so much from Mandaree, North Dakota to Duluth Minnesota, Minnesota

Wow! This flower shop is truly, truly awesome! I called at 2 minutes before closing one evening, with a request for some flowers to be delivered to a friend and her toddler aged daughter, hopefully the next day. I did have some specific requests, and the lady on the phone was SO nice and SO helpful. (I THINK her name might have been Emily). Well, they really made two beautiful arrangements SO special! And, when my friend answered her door, with her 3 year old little girl beside her, the delivery lady crouched down to greet the daughter happily. It made the little girl feel SO special! So, although I live out of town, I have family and friends in Duluth and Superior, and THIS IS THE ONLY FLOWER SHOP that I will use! Thanks again, so much!

I had a great initial experience working with an employee to design a funeral arrangement for my dad. We agreed on a maroon and gold, lower-profile piece for about $200 ($230 with tax), which based on their website photos seemed mid-sized. While the flowers were pretty, the arrangement delivered was extremely small — maybe the size of a volleyball — which was shocking for the price. It was cute bouquet not an arrangement. When I called, I was told it was “Valentine’s Day pricing,” which hadn’t been mentioned when ordering. The manager offered to send me photos of similar price points but I declined feeling that an in person meeting would be best. She invited me to come in to compare examples from their cooler. When I arrived I wasn’t allowed to speak with her and that, while she was still there, she was now off the clock and was told there was nothing to discuss. The customer service at that point was dismissive and nothing was done to remedy the situation; that they were a small business and they could charge whatever they liked. That that was that. Sarah at Flora North was amazing to work with - saw my vision better than me and was super flexible from start to finish. Our wedding party’s florals were absolutely perfect, and my bouquet even had a few stems of a special flower that I was certain was out of season. I can’t recommend Flora North and their beautiful work enough!!

I can't thank Flora North and Emily enough for the beautiful arrangement they delivered for a recent memorial service. The flowers were fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and arrived right on time- bringing a sense of peace and beauty on an emotional day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and kindness in equal measure.
